From one secure workspace, DWS Portal tracks equipment records, QR assets, proof photos, plant maps and layouts, locations, asset relationships, review status, and assigned tasks. Each record captures equipment names, brands or manufacturers, dimensions, measurements, and other identifying and associated-equipment data. It ties the asset to equipment hierarchy, criticality, condition, maintenance history, lifecycle planning, critical spare parts, scheduled preventative work, predictive findings, alerts, and follow-up actions.
For Accounting and physical asset control, that same governed record supports brass-tag verification, alignment of equipment to the fixed-asset register, and the information needed for cost, in-service date, capitalization, depreciation, book value, transfers, and disposals.
