Rocky Dirck, President and CEO, is a Journeyman Electrician and accomplished robotics, automation, controls, and manufacturing professional with more than 30 years of experience across complex industrial environments.

Throughout his career, Rocky has worked with most major automotive OEMs, dozens of Tier 1 automotive suppliers, defense contractors, data centers, and manufacturing companies ranging from smaller independent operations to some of the largest industrial organizations in the country.

His career also includes extensive experience with Ford Motor Company, where he served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager with responsibility for automation, electrical systems, controls, equipment installation, manufacturing programs, departmental budgets, capital projects, and process development and improvement. His role required balancing technical execution with people, project, resource, and investment decisions across demanding manufacturing operations.

What distinguishes Rocky’s leadership is the depth of hands-on experience behind it. His career began in the skilled trades and grew through robotics, automation, controls, equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and manufacturing operations. That background gives him the ability to understand challenges from both the plant floor and management level, allowing him to connect engineering, skilled trades, operations, and business objectives in a way that drives practical results.

His leadership experience also includes multiple successful plant turnarounds. In challenging manufacturing environments, Rocky has helped restore structure, accountability, technical discipline, and operational focus. Rather than addressing problems in isolation, his approach considers the entire operation—including equipment, processes, people, maintenance practices, production requirements, and financial impact—to create sustainable improvement.

That experience has also helped shape the technology-driven direction of 2112 Manufacturing Solutions and Distinct Workforce Solutions. Working alongside Gustavo, Rocky has helped develop applications and operational tools specifically for manufacturing environments, including asset management systems, spare-parts inventory management, preventive maintenance programs, and predictive maintenance solutions.

Amanda is an accomplished business leader with a proven track record of building, scaling, and strengthening companies across the healthcare, manufacturing, and workforce solutions industries.

Her approach combines disciplined financial management, operational precision, and a relentless focus on sustainable growth. Early in her entrepreneurial career, Amanda helped build a company that surpassed $12 million in revenue in less than one year. Following the successful sale of that business, she immediately turned her attention to building the next opportunity.

Today, she continues to play a central role in the growth of 2112 Manufacturing Solutions and Distinct Workforce Solutions. Both organizations have produced consistent year-over-year revenue growth for the past three years, reflecting a business philosophy centered on execution, accountability, and attention to detail.

What distinguishes Amanda’s leadership is not simply the growth of the businesses she has helped build, but how that growth has been achieved. The companies have been built organically—without outside investors and without relying on business debt to fuel expansion.

Since joining Distinct Workforce Solutions in 2025, Gustavo has played an important role in expanding the company’s capabilities and strengthening customer relationships through a combination of technical expertise, disciplined execution, and hands-on leadership.

Whether leading a 30-person electrical crew, overseeing complex field installations, or managing structural and overhead steel work, Gustavo brings a meticulous approach to every project. His ability to combine technical knowledge with practical execution has helped DWS earn customer trust and consistently deliver successful outcomes in demanding industrial environments.

A degreed architect with a strong aptitude for software engineering, Gustavo has also been instrumental in developing DWS’s growing technology platform. Working alongside Rocky, he has helped design and build proven applications that support manufacturing facilities with asset management, spare-parts inventory, and preventive maintenance management.

These capabilities have allowed 2112 Manufacturing Solutions and Distinct Workforce Solutions to expand beyond traditional workforce and project support, offering customers tools and services designed to improve visibility, strengthen operational control, reduce unnecessary spending, and better manage maintenance and capital budgets.

In addition to his role in the United States, Gustavo serves as President of DWS-MX, where he is leading the company’s efforts to establish a strong presence in Mexico and position DWS as a premier staffing and industrial-support partner for manufacturers throughout the region.

Although relatively new to the industry, Candy has quickly become a valuable part of the 2112 Manufacturing Solutions and Distinct Workforce Solutions team. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the right people have made an immediate impact on the organizations’ continued growth.

Through her recruiting efforts, Candy is helping ensure that 2112 and DWS are staffed with highly qualified, skilled professionals who can meet the demands of complex industrial projects. Her focus extends beyond simply filling positions—she works to identify individuals who are capable, dependable, and aligned with the standards expected by both the companies and their customers.

Candy is also playing a leading role in the growth of DWS-MX, helping develop the organization’s recruiting, workforce planning, and training strategies as it establishes a stronger presence in Mexico. Her efforts are focused on building a capable workforce while creating the structure necessary for DWS-MX to become a recognized leader in the market.

As 2112 Manufacturing Solutions, Distinct Workforce Solutions, and DWS-MX continue to expand, Candy will remain an important part of that growth—helping strengthen the workforce, develop future talent, and support the organizations as they scale into new opportunities and markets.

Derrick serves as Business Operations Manager, helping ensure that the day-to-day operations of 2112 Manufacturing Solutions and Distinct Workforce Solutions remain organized, efficient, and aligned with the companies’ long-term direction.

In his role, Derrick works across teams, resources, and client priorities to strengthen internal processes and keep the organization moving in the same direction. His focus is on creating clarity, improving coordination, and maintaining straightforward business practices that support both operational consistency and continued growth.

As the companies expand, strong internal structure becomes increasingly important. Derrick plays a key role in helping establish and maintain the processes that allow teams to work effectively, communicate clearly, and respond to changing business and customer needs without losing sight of the larger objectives.
